摘要
目的检测细胞凋亡抑制基因livin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测70例乳腺浸润性导管癌中livin蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与乳腺癌临床病理特征的相关性及其预后。结果 Livin蛋白表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级相关(P<0.05),livin蛋白过表达组患者生存时间较阴性表达组短(P<0.05)。结论 Livin蛋白表达有望成为乳腺癌有效的预后指标之一。
Objective To explore the significance of Livin expression in breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of livin in 70 cases of breast cancer.The clinical pathological and prognositic significance of livin expression was evaluated.Results Livin expression showed a significant association with histologic grade（P〈0.05）.The overall survival of livin overexpression group was significantly worse than low-expression group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Livin expression may be an useful predictor for breast cancer progonosis.
