茶麸和茶麸缓释肥对草坪蚯蚓的毒杀作用

The poison effect of tea bran and slow release fertilizer on earthworm in lawn

就一种茶麸和茶麸缓释肥对草坪蚯蚓的毒杀效果进行研究。结果表明,茶麸和茶麸缓释肥均对蚯蚓有较好的毒杀作用。处理8 d后的毒杀效果最好,2 mg/mL的茶麸粉和茶麸水对蚯蚓的毒杀效果分别为93.33%和84.44%。处理15 d后,茶麸缓释肥8 g(T3)处理蚯蚓的死亡率最高为95.56%,明显高于不含茶麸的缓释肥(4 g/盆)处理(CK1)的死亡率(33.33%)和不施缓释肥(CK2)的死亡率(4.44%)。

The poison effect of tea bran and the slow release fertilizer on earthworm in lawn was studied in this paper. The results showed that both tea bran and the slow release fertilizer had preferable poison effects on earthworm. The poison effect treated for 8 days was the best and the toxic effects of tea bran and the slow release fertilizer with the concentration of 2 mg/mL were 93.33% and 84.44% respectively. After treating for 15 days with the slow release fertilizer,the top mortality of earthworm with T3 was 95.56% ,better than 33.33% of CK1 and 4.44% of CK2 prominently.
