烟叶颜色指标与其他物理指标的相关研究 被引量:33

摘要 利用色差仪,对云南9个烟区K326烤烟品种,3个部位的烟叶进行了19个物理指标的测定,通过分析可知:CV较大的指标有:拉力、抗张强度、单叶重、梗重、叶质重、厚度、阴燃时间、a*;CV中等的指标有:延伸率、含梗率、宽度、长宽比;CV较小的指标有:填充值、含水率、长度、L*、b*、C*、h*。L*与厚度、叶质重为中度负相关。a*与厚度、叶质重为中度正相关;a*与L*为高度负相关。b*与L*为中度正相关。C*与b*为高度正相关。h*与L*为高度正相关;h*与b*为中度正相关;h*与a*为高度负相关;h*与厚度、叶质重为中度负相关。颜色指标变异系数最小并与物理指标存在密切的相关性,这为利用色差仪实现烟叶分级自动化奠定一定的基础。 Using color difference meter,and 19 physical indicators of 3 parts of the cuhivars K326 were measured in 9 tobacco area Yunnan. The analysis shows that CV of bigger is tension, tensile strength, weight per leaf, stem weight, specific weight of leaf, thickness, hidden-burning time, a* ;CV of middle is percentage elongation, stem percentage, width, length to width ratio, CV of lower is filling value, moisture content, length, L*,b* ,C*,h*. There is moderate negative correlation among L* and thickness, specific weight of leaf. There is moderate positive correlation among a* and thickness, specific weight of leaf. There is high negative correlation among a* and L*. There is moderate positive correlation among b* and L*. There is high positive correlation among C* and b*. There is high positive correlation among h* and L*. There is moderate positive correlation among h* and b*. There is high negative correlation among h* and a*. There is moderate negative correlation among h* and thickness, specific weight of leaf.The coefficient of variation of color index is the least, and exists closely correlated. This is in order to using color difference meter, achieves automatic classification of tobacco leaves to lay a foundation.
