摘要
以广州1号桉无菌苗的茎段作为外植体,诱导愈伤组织形成和不定芽的分化。通过对比发现,新型植物活性剂(FLC)在诱导愈伤组织和不定芽分化中均分别比TDZ和6-BA更有效,同时还确立了广州1号桉树无性系再生的最适宜培养条件:愈伤组织诱导培养基为1/2MB+FLC 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+Vc 100 mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂7 g/L;不定芽诱导培养基为1/2MB+FLC0.6 mg/L+IBA 0.04 mg/L+Vc 100 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L。
Stem from Eucalyptus Guangzhou No.1 was taken as explants to induce callus and buds differentiation. By comparison, the new plant active agent (FLC) in the induction of callus, adventitious buds were more effective than both TDZ, 6-BA respectively. The suitable mediums of callus induction, adventitious bud induction were 1/2MB+FLC 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+Vc 100 mg/L+Sucrose 30 g/L+Agar 7 g/L, 1/2MB+FLC 0.6 mg/L+IBA 0.04 mg/L+Vc 100 mg/L+Suerose 30 g/L+Agar 7 g/L.
