Analysis on the service mode and operation mechanism of rural informatization in undeveloped minority areas ——Taking Xinjiang as an example

进入21世纪以来,农村信息服务在新疆农村经济和社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用,涌现出了一批传播科技和市场信息以及服务农村发展的成功信息服务模式。在总结现阶段新疆农村信息化服务模式的类型及其应用状况的基础上,分析了制约新疆农村信息化服务模式有效应用的瓶颈,据此提出了建立可持续发展的新疆农村信息化服务长效运行机制。

Entering the 21st century, rural information service plays a more and more important role in rural economic and social development in Xinjiang, emerged in a batch of communication technologies and market information and services of rural development success information service mode. Based on the summarization of rural informatization service mode at the types and application status in Xinjiang, analyzed the bottlenecks which restrict rural informatization service mode effective application, thus put forward to establish the sustainable development long-term operation mechanism of rural informatization service in xinjiang.
