摘要
在冷轧型材制造过程中,钢带的变形机理非常复杂,如何精准地设计孔型,成为型钢制造的关键环节。孔型设计方法来源于变形理论的研究,但目前来看,理论研究与孔型设计方法之间存在较大的距离,即现有的理论方法不能很精准地指导孔型设计。加入人工智能方法,会较大程度地改善上述问题。将样条有限条法和多Agent方法相结合,对变形理论进行智能化处理,在此基础上,对起主要变形的有限条和Agent进行筛选,建立特征有限条和特征Agent体系,并利用它们进行变形分析,会得到较精准的钢带位移与能量之间的关系,从而得到推演精准孔型设计的方法。
In cold rolled section manufacture process,the deformation mechanism of steel strip is very complicated,so how to accurately design pass becomes the key link for manufacture.The pass design method originated from deformation theory research,at present,the great difference exists between theoretical study and pass design method,namely the current theory method can not accurately guide pass design.To add artificial intelligence method can greatly improve the above problems.Combing the characteristic finite spline method with characteristic Agent method to dispose intelligently deformation theory,on this basis,select finite spline and Agent,establish system of characteristic finite spline and characteristic Agent,and using them to product deformation analysis,the more accurate relationship between steel strip displacement and energy can be obtained,thereby the method of accurate design pass can be achieved.
