试样形式对X65/X70大壁厚海底用直缝埋弧焊管拉伸试验结果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以JCOE成型的X65级准762 mm×30.2 mm和X70级准765.2 mm×31.8 mm钢管为例,对X65/X70大壁厚海底用直缝埋弧焊钢管管体横向和纵向拉伸试验进行了对比,分析了板状试样和圆棒试样对管体拉伸试验结果的影响。结果表明:试样形式对抗拉强度的影响较小;横向圆棒试样的屈服强度、屈强比均明显高于横向板状试样;纵向圆棒试样的屈服强度、屈强比均明显低于纵向板状试样。 Taking X65 62 mm×30.2 mm and X70 65.2 mm × 31.8 mm steel pipe by JCOE process as an example,the transverse and longitudinal tensile tests on pipe body of X65/X70 SAWL pipe with heavy wall thickness used in seabed were compared,and the influence on pipe body tensile tests results of plate specimen and round bar specimen.The results indicated that specimen shape influence to tensile strength is less;the yield strength and yield ratio of transverse round bar specimen are higher than those of the transverse plate specimen;the yield strength and yield ratio of longitudinal round bar specimen are obviously lower than those of longitudinal plate specimen.
