摘要 建立了柴油机推进船舶的全船有限元计算模型,计算了船舶整体和局部模态频率,对其避开柴油机主推进装置和柴电机组等动力设备的扰动频率进行了评估。根据船舶的运行工况,对柴油机等振动源进行隔振设计,探讨了柴油机和螺旋桨振动激励施加及船体阻尼处理方法,并根据CCS规范要求,对船舶的振动水平进行评估。 The hull structure of diesel-powered ships was modeled by the finite element method,and the natural frequency was obtained by the global and local modal analysis.Assessment was carried out on how to avoid the disturbing frequency from diesel engine main propulsion system and diesel gensets.According to ships' operation conditions,anti-vibration design in the light of vibration source was conducted.The applied form of vibration excitation caused by diesel engine and propeller,and the method to deal with hull damping are discussed.According to CCS requirements,the ship vibration level was assessed.
