摘要 探讨细纱车间采用间接蒸发冷却技术节约制冷量的效果。以西安某细纱车间夏季空气处理过程为例,根据车间断头吸棉排风高温干燥的特点,采用间接蒸发冷却技术空气处理方法,节约制冷量。计算了该技术运行费、设备投入及设备成本回收周期,结果表明:运行约4年可收回成本。认为:间接蒸发冷却技术不仅可以降低新风量还可以减少车间制冷量。 Reducing cooling capacity effect of adopting indirect evaporation cooling in spinning workshop was dis- cussed. Taking a spinning workshop summer air treatment process in Xi'an as example, according to the characteristics of high temperature and drying exhaust, indirect evaporation cooling technology was used to save cooling capacity. The tech- nology running costs,equipment investment and cost recovery period were calculated. The result shows that the cost re- covery period is about 4 years. It is considered that indirect evaporation cooling can decrease fresh-air capacity and workshop cooling capacity.
