关节镜治疗膝骨性关节炎术中不使用止血带的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究在膝骨性关节炎关节镜清理术中不使用止血带的临床疗效。方法 60例单侧膝骨性关节炎患者进行关节镜清理术,随机分成A组(30例,术中不使用止血带)和B组(30例,术中全程使用止血带),比较A、B两组患者手术时间、术后第1、3、7天关节肿胀程度及VAS疼痛评分。结果 A组手术时间较B组增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组在术后第1、3天关节肿胀程度及VAS疼痛评分与B组比较明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后第7天与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不使用止血带下关节镜清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎能明显减轻患者术后早期肿痛及疼痛程度,对减少手术并发症、提高患者手术耐受力及早期功能恢复有积极的作用。
