大型外科手术患者主要照护者照护能力问卷的信效度研究

Study for the reliability and validity of care-giving competence questionnaire for primary caregivers for patients after major surgery

目的研制一套可以科学、客观地测量大型外科手术患者主要照护者照护能力的评价工具。方法以照护能力结构要素为基本框架编制问卷。由专家小组对问卷的内容效度进行评价。对350例大型外科手术患者主要照护者应用问卷进行信效度检验。结果问卷的Cronbachα系数为0.94,折半信度为0.74,内容效度指数为0.89,因子分析提取出5个因子,各条目载荷大于0.6,该5个因子共解释了73.29%的方差,基本证实了其结构效度。结论形成的大型外科手术患者主要照护者照护能力问卷有26个条目组成,具有良好的信度和效度,可应用于护理临床和科研。

Objective To develop a valid and reliable instrument to measure caregivers＇ competencies in primary caregivers for patients after major surgery. Method The development of care-giving competence questionnaire（CCQ） was based on the framework of competency model.Firstly,the content validity of the CCQ was evaluated by an expert panel.Then 350 primary caregivers for patients after major surgery were investigated.Finally the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were examined.Result The internal consistency determined by Cronbach α Coefficient was 0.94 for total CCQ score.The split-half reliability was 0.74.Index of content validity was 0.89.Factor analysis got five factors,all of which could account for 73.29% of the accumulated variance.Conclusion The CCQ which including 26 items has good reliability and validity.It can be applied in clinical and research.
