摘要
目的探讨IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪、AX-4280尿液分析仪以及尿沉渣镜检3种方法在尿液有形成分检测中的应用。方法采用美国IRIS公司的IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪、AX-4280尿液分析仪和显微镜检3种方法检测1172份尿液标本中的红细胞、白细胞、管型及酵母菌,检测结果用统计学软件进行分析。结果与显微镜检比较,AX-4280尿液分析仪、IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪对尿液中红细胞检测的灵敏度较高,且对白细胞检测有较高的准确度;IQ-200全自动尿沉渣分析仪对有诊断意义的管型和酵母菌的检测假阳性率过高,需镜检复查。结论在临床工作中,3种方法应联合应用并结合临床资料,可提高检测结果的准确性和及时性。
Objective To compare the applications of IQ-200 automated urinalysis analyzer,AX-4280 urine analyzer and microscopic examination of urinary sediment to detect formed elements in urine.Methods Red blood cells(RBC),white blood cells(WBC) and cell casts as well as yeasts were analyzed by microscopic examination and IQ-200 automated urinalysis analyzer,AX-4280 urine analyzer.Stastical analyses were performed to analyze the numbers of RBC,WBC and cell casts as well as yeasts.Results Compared with microscope examination,there existed higher sensitivity for IQ-200 automated urinalysis analyzer and AX-4280 urine analyzer to detect RBC in urine and higher accuracy to detect WBC.There is higher false positive rate of cell casts and yeasts which both are of diagnostic value when urine samples were analyzed by IQ-200 automated urinalysis analyzer,and microscope examination reviews were needed.Conclusion In clinical practice,combined applications three methods with clinical data are needed to impove the accuracy of clinical detection.
