Experience and analysis in treating patients with peritoneal dialysis in basic hospital

目的探讨腹膜透析的护理与并发症的防治。方法调查分析基层医院72例腹膜透析患者的护理与并发症的发生。结果 3例发生腹膜炎,分析原因与无菌操作不严格、透析环境不佳等因素有关。结论在应用透析治疗时,重视患者的整体护理,加强家庭支持,从而控制病情,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing of peritoneal dialysis patients and the prevention of its complications.Methods Investingate and analyze 72 peritoneal dialysis patients in basic-level hospital.Results 3 cases occurred peritonitis,and the reasons may be that the aseptic operations are not strictly enough and the hospital environment is not so good.Conclusion In the application of dialysis treatment,we should pay attention to the holistic nursing care for patients in order to control the diseases.Besides,the support from patients＇ family should be strengthened.
