青海藏族青年跨文化适应力的调查研究

The Survey and Research on Cross-cultural Adaptation of Qinghai-Tibetan Youth

通过跨文化适应力调查问卷对青海藏族青年的跨文化意识、跨文化情感、跨文化态度、跨文化能力四个维度进行实证研究,发现藏族青年跨文化适应中跨文化意识和跨文化态度影响力最大并且在年龄、性别、生源、专业方面存在非常显著的差异。青海藏族青年在早期难以获得系统的本民族文化,在青海的高校环境中,他们缺乏文化适应的主动性,需加强学校和社会各方共同作用,以有效地改善与提高学生的跨文化适应力。

Empirical study is carried on through the questionnaire on the four dimensions, that is, cross-cultural awareness, cross-cultural emotions, cross-cultural attitudes, cross-cultural competence which concerned about cross-cultural adaptation of Qinghai-Tibetan youth. The researcher found that cross-cultural awareness and cross-cultural attitudes was the greatest force in cross-cultural adaptation of Tibetan youth. Besides that, there is a significant difference in age, gender, students and their majors. It is difficult for Qinghai-Tibetan youth to access to their national system culture in the early period. In the university environment of Qinghai, they lack the initiative on cultural adaptation. We need to strengthen the role of schools and all sectors of society, in order to effectively improve and enhance cross-cultural adaptation of students.
