摘要
根据行业性质的区别,将浙江省国有企业分为垄断性、竞争性和公益性及其他三类,通过对2003—2008年浙江省三类国有企业人均工资水平变化的分析研究发现,不论从绝对值还是相对值看,这三类企业的人均工资总体上都有所变化,均呈稳定的上升趋势,但各行业的变动程度又有所不同,其中垄断性行业的人均工资变化趋势最为显著。政府对国有企业工资水平要进行有效的宏观控制,从根本上消除垄断特权利益,缩小行业收入差距。
In terms of the difference characteristics of business,the stated-owned enterprises can be divided into monopolistic,competitive and public benefit sectors.According to an investigation on per capita wage level of the three types of stated-owned enterprises in Zhejiang province from 2003 to 2008,we can find that the per capital wage level of the three types of industry,on the whole,have changed not only on the relative value but also on the absolute value.They all inclined to rise,but the range is different,the monopolistic one is more notable.The government must carry on the effective macro control to the wage level of state-owned enterprises,eliminate fundamentally the monopoly privileges,and narrow the income gap between industry interests.
