摘要
高新技术的扩散建立在高新技术转化为现实生产力的基础之上,它包括高新技术的转移和高新技术的溢出两个方面。在经济社会中,科学技术作为第一生产力,其趋利性引发的跨地域技术扩散已成为地方产业以及产业集群形成发展的中坚力量。
The proliferation of high-tech was based on the translation of high-tech into practical productive forces,which includes two aspects of the transfer of high technology and high-tech spillover.In the economy society,science and technology are the primary productive force,high-tech diffusion triggered by their benefits has became mainstream factors of local industries and the development of industrial clusters.
