摘要
介绍一种基于Labview的交流接触器动态过程测试装置的硬件结构和软件编程。该装置以AT89S51单片机为控制核心,实现交流接触器的选相合分闸,同时实时采集交流接触器在不同相角下的铁心位移信号、线圈电流信号和铁心、触头的开合信号,进而完成交流接触器的动态特性测试。该测试装置结构简单、操作方便,能为进一步研究交流接触器的性能奠定基础。
This paper chiefly introduces hardware structure and software program of dynamic process testing device based for AC up-and-down contactor based on Labview.By using the AT89S51 model microcontroller system,the device achieves phase selection of AC contactor as well as collects real-time signals of iron core's displacement、coil's current and iron core's and contact's switching while AC contactor is closed at different angles,and achieves AC contactor dynamic characteristics test.The testing deviec gets good character,easy operation and simple structure,can lay a foundation for further study on AC contactor performance.
