概述了对300MW机组锅炉PCV阀控制系统的改造过程,取消了PCV阀现场压力控制器,将PCV阀压力控制回路接入DCS控制系统,减少了故障点,增加了PCV阀控制系统的可靠性。
The paper summarizes the improvement process of the PCV valve control system of a 300MW unit boiler,removes PCV valve site pressure controller and connects PCV valve pressure control loop to DCS control system,reducing fault point and increasing reliability of PCV valve control system.
