摘要 目的通过对姜黄不同提取工艺进行对比研究,确定最优方法。同时对姜黄素进行生物活性研究,为姜黄的开发利用提供依据。方法分析研究不同提取方法、不同实验条件下对姜黄素收率的影响,对各种提取方法的优缺点进行对比分析,优选提取工艺。对姜黄素的生物活性进行动物实验研究。结果提取工艺和控制条件不同,姜黄素收得率不同,生物活性并无显著差别。结论微波提取法时间短,收率高,溶剂用量少,易于工业化生产。姜黄素有广泛的药理活性,在药用、食品加工、动物饲料添加方面有着广阔的前景。 OBJECTIVE Trough the comparative study of different extractive techniques of turmeric, the opti- mal method could be determined, and simultaneously the research of activity of curcumin could be conducted, to provide the basis for development and utilization of curcuma. METHODS Optimization of the extraction process by analyzing the influence on different extraction methods and experiment conditions on yield of curcumin, and comparatively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of various extractions, research on the animal experiment about the biological activity of curcumin. RESULTS The different extraction process and control conditions, lead to different yieldingrate of the curcumin. CONCLUSION The advantage of microwave extraction is short-time needed, but high yielded, less-solvent consumed, easy-to industrially produced. Curcumin has a wide range of pharmacological activity, and a broad prospect in the medicinal purposes, food processing, animal feed.
