高效液相色谱法测定粉刺平胶囊中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baicalin in Fenciping capsule by HPLC

目的建立粉刺平胶囊中黄苓苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱（4．6×250mm，5μm）分析柱，流动相为甲醇．0．2％磷酸溶液（39：61），检测菠长为280nm，流速为1．0mL．min^-1，柱温为30℃。结果本法精密度高．稳定性好。黄苓苷浓度在3．408～20．448μg·mL^-1范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=1）；平均加样回收率100．09％，RSD为1．55％。结论本方法简便．准确．重现性好。可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Fenciping Capsule. RESULTS The precision and stability were fine, The standard curve of baicalin was rectilinear within the range of 3. 408-- 20. 448μg·mL^-1, r = 1. The average recovery of baicalin was 100.09 % with RSD of 1.55 % .CONCLUSION The method was simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of baicalin.
