基于线粒体COI序列分析对紫贻贝群体遗传多样性的研究分析 被引量:19

摘要 本文采用线粒体COI基因序列分析对我国沿海6个紫贻贝群体124个个体的遗传多样性和群体结构进行了初步研究。在紫贻贝6个群体中共发现13个单倍型和33个核苷酸多态位点。青岛群体单倍型数目是最多的,温州群体、丹东群体和宁德群体次之。6个紫贻贝群体的基因多样性为0.569~0.821,核苷酸多样性为0.015 5~0.051 0,表现出较低的遗传多样性。紫贻贝不同群体之间的遗传分化较小,所有群体之间没有发生显著的遗传分化。分子方差分析表明,紫贻贝的变异主要存在于群体内。该研究为紫贻贝的可持续开发和资源保护提供了一定的理论依据。 Genetic biodiversity of Mytilus galloprovincialis was estimated,based on sequence analyses of the mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase Ⅰ(mtDNA COI) gene,employing 124 individuals of 6 groups along the coast of eastern and southern china.13 haplotypes and 33 variation sites were observed in the sequences of the 124 individuals.QD population had the greatest number of haplotypes,while secondary for WZ population,DD population and ND population.Among all six populations,gene diversities ranged from 0.569 to 0.821,and the nucleotide diversities from 0.0155 to 0.0510,suggesting that M.galloprovincialis has low genetic diversity.The pairwise estimates of FST between M.galloprovincialis populations were small,and no significant genetic differentiation was observed between populations.AMOVA analysis showed that a large proportion of variation was attributed within population of M.galloprovincialis.This study provides objective data for the sustainable exploitation and fishery management of M.galloprovincialis.
