摘要
为了确定潞安集团屯留矿井底车场硐室群加强支护的范围,采用数值模拟方法,研究了硐室群围岩应力场的分布情况,并据此确定加强支护的范围。研究结果表明:硐室群建成后,在开挖区域的煤柱中形成了卸压区,在巷道拐角处卸压区域较大,在T型交叉口更大,在井筒和马头门卸压区域最大;根据卸压区域围岩应力场的分布特征,确定出硐室群的危险区域,并建议在危险区域加大锚杆支护的深度和密度,并采用W钢带等加强支护措施。这一研究成果可给同类条件下的其他矿井提供参考。
To determine the supporting scope of shaft station chambers in Tunliu mine, Lu'an Group, the paper uses numerical simulation to analyze the stress field layout and determine the supporting area. The results show: after the building of chambers, the stress-released areas are formed in the pillars. The size of the areas is big in the corner of roadways, bigger in the T shaped crossroads, and biggest in the shafts and ingate. According to the layout features of surrounding rock stress fields, the dangerous areas of chambers are determined. The author suggests to increase depth and density of anchor supporting in the areas and to adopt W steel belt support. The study provides a reference for the similar mines.
