摘要
随着采矿工程逐渐向深部发展,关于矿井深埋巷道支护的研究已成为地下工程中的热点课题之一。传统的支护方法往往立足于对岩体进行峰前加固,提高岩体整体性和承载能力,避免巷道破坏。这在开采深度不大且围岩强度较高时是可行的,但在深部开采尤其是软岩巷道中往往是难以实现的,所以考虑岩石峰后强度及变形规律的支护手段更加符合工程实际。文章通过分析围压水平对岩石残余强度的影响规律,论证了巷道峰后支护的可行性,同时基于蠕变和长期强度,得到了深埋巷道的合理支护方式及支护时间。
With the mining projects gradually developed to the deep depth,the study on the mine roadway support in deep mine is becoming one of the hot programs in the underground projects.The conventional support method was usually to support the rock mass before the peak value occurred in order to improve the rock mass integration and the bearing capacity and to avoid the mine roadway failure.The conventional support method could be feasible when the mining depth was not deep and the surrounding rock strength was not high.But in the deep mining depth,the conventional support method would be difficult applied to the mine soft rock roadway.Thus the support means with consideration of the after rock peak strength and deformation law could meet the project reality.With the analysis on the surrounding rock pressure level affected to the residual strength of the rock,the feasibility of the support after the peak value occurred was verified and the rational support method and the support time of the deep mine roadway were obtained.
