Impact of Network Centrality on Technological Innovation:Based on Perspective of Knowledge Outflow

摘要基于企业网络的视角,构建了企业网络中心性、知识流出与企业技术创新三者之间的关系模型,并以广东省高新技术企业和民营科技型企业为调查对象,对上述理论模型进行了实证研究。结果表明:企业网络中心性对企业知识流出具有显著的正向影响;知识流出对企业技术创新具有显著的正向影响。 Based on the perspective of enterprise network,this paper discusses the relationships among network centrality,knowledge outflow and technological innovation,and empirically analyzes a whole model through using the data obtained from the questionnaires for 458 high-tech and private-tech enterprises in Guangdong province.The results show that network centrality has positive effects on enterprise＇s knowledge outflow,and enterprise＇s knowledge outflow has significant positive impacts on technological innovation.
