本论文研制了一种速补体力消耗复合能量饮料。添加的部分可溶性低聚糖可在胃肠内迅速消化分解,形成能够直接吸收的单糖类,此饮料具有较低的渗透压,可加速糖类的吸收。为了弥补因出汗损失的盐,添加了部分无机盐类,同时为了改善饮料的口感和营养价值,添加了部分维生素和矿物质。

The beverage of speed supplement physical energy was blend.The soluble oligosaccharides were added to the beverage,which can quickly degraded into glucose and digested in the stomach and intestine.The beverage has a lower osmotic pressure,which rapidly absorb the glucose.The inorganic salt was added to the beverage in order to compensate for the loss of sweat.Vitamins and minerals was added to improve the taste and nutrition of the beverage.
