摘要
高速铁路运行速度快,技术标准高。尤其是路基,过去一般按强度破坏进行设计,而对无砟轨道的高速铁路,路基本体的强度已不成问题,一般在达到破坏前,可能已经出现了不能允许的过大变形。从某种意义来说,高速铁路能否正常运营,路基的刚度是决定因素之一,通常要保证列车在路基地段高速安全运行,就应考虑各种因素,如选择合理的线位,避免高填深挖,采用合理的方法加固地基,加强路基排水等,根据已运营或正在勘察设计的客运专线在选线、设计中遇到的一些具体问题,进行了阐述与回顾,并就此相关的一些问题提出几点建议。
Railway subgrades are traditionally designed by strength while for high speed railways the stiffness of subgrades is the crucial factor for the normal operation. Many factors are to be considered such as, selecting rational route, avoiding high embankment and deep excavation, adopting rational methods to consolidate the subgrade, strengthening subgrade drainage, etc. The author described and reviewed some concrete problems encountered in the investigation and design of passenger-dedicated lines under operation or under planning and design, with some related proposals put forword.
