摘要
CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工通过精密测量仪器及自动化测量系统,使其轨道板定位精度可以达到0.3~0.6mm,传统方法的计算精度和速度都已经无法满足要求,因而研究出一种专用的施工测量计算管理软件显得十分必要。CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工布板软件以接收设计单位的轨道几何及轨道板布置参数为基础,根据施工需要,通过导入板厂提供的轨道板打磨偏差、桥梁的变形数据,可以计算出各种测量放样及精调数据;通过导入轨道基准点与CPⅢ的联测数据,可以平差计算出轨道板精调用的轨道基准网数据,为轨道板精调系统提供基准点;并能模拟轨道扣件调整,软件功能完全满足CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工测量需要。
Layout precision for slabs can reach 0. 3 ~ 0.6 mm by means of precise instruments and automatic surveying systems in the layout of CRTS II-slab ballastless tracks, yet the calculation precision and speed of traditional methods can not meet the requirements, so it is necessary to work out a special software for the layout surveying and management. By means of ballastless track CRTS II-slab layout software, based on the layout parameters of track geometry and slab layout, according to the layout requirements, incorporating the polishing deviations of track slabs provided by the slab factory and the deformation data of bridges, all necessary data for surveying lofting and precise regulations can be calculated; by introducing the data of connection surveying of track base points and CPIII, data of track reference net for the precise regulation of slabs can be obtained by error adjustment calculations, providing reference points for the precise regulation system. The software can also simulate the regulation of track fastenings, its functions can fully meet the layout surveying requirements of CRTS II-slab ballastless track.
