摘要
对原高铁下行式移动模架进行了创新和优化,取消了原来2榀主框架间的4道柔性横联;而将前门架、中门架及后门架都设计成马鞍式刚性横联,使2榀主框架在横向刚性地联接成为一个整体;同时,在开模系统中引入了自动化活动配重。这样,使新型高铁下行式移动模架的结构形式更加紧凑合理,使用性能更加高效快捷。该模架在施工过程中,效果理想,得到了用户的广泛好评。另外,还重点介绍了自动化活动配重系统的设计理论和方法。
Innovations and optimizations have been carried out for the original movable mould frame for high speed railways: four flexible lateral bracings were canceled, the forward frame, middle frame and rear frame were designed with saddle-type lateral bracings, so that two main rigid frames were connected transversely into a whole body; meanwhile, automatic movable weights were introduced into the mould opening system. As a result, the structure of the new type movable mould frame for high speed railways will be more compact and reasonable, the performance will be more efficient. The design theory and method for the automatic movable weight system are introduced in detail. The mould flame has been effectively adopted by many customers with good recognitions.
