摘要
钢套箱围堰作为一种临时阻水设施,在深水承台施工中应用十分广泛,目前常用的施工方法有很多,主要对"浮平台夹持下沉法"这种安全性好、经济效益高的新型施工方法进行介绍。首先对各种常用的钢套箱施工方法进行概述;然后对"浮平台夹持下沉法"施工钢套箱工艺进行详细介绍(包括适用范围、施工流程及关键工序等),并对其经济性、安全性进行分析;最后结合杭长铁路牌头浦阳江特大桥主墩双壁钢套箱围堰下沉实例阐述了"浮平台夹持下沉法"的安全性能和实际经济效益,并指出施工方法优、缺点和亟待解决的问题。
The paper introduces coffer-dam sinking with the support of floating platform, which is a safe and cost-effective new technique. Routine steel casing methods are described at first, then the paper introduces in detail the technique of steel casing coffer-dam sunk with the support of floating plateform including the adaptable extent, flow chart and key procedures etc. , analyses the economy and safety of the technique. Taking as the example the case of sinking the double-layered steel casing coffer-dam for the main pier of Paitou Puyangjiang super-large bridge on Hangzhou-Changsha railway, explains the safety and economical benefits of the method, with its merits, deflects and problems to be solved put forword.
