摘要
北京地铁大兴线V形刚构桥是上跨京开高速公路的一座桥梁,结合项目所在环境条件如不许中断桥下行车、施工净空低、结构跨度大、地震烈度高、景观要求高等特点,从结构体系、主要材料、施工方法等多方面进行了比较,最终采用了(52+85+52)m钢混结合V形刚构桥,并对桥面板、主梁与V形支承连接、V形支承与基座连接等关键构造设计,V形腿安装、钢箱梁吊装、桥面板吊装工序等施工环节设计进行阐述。
V-shaped rigid frame bridge on Beijing metro Daxing line over-passes Beijing-Kaifeng expressway. Authors of the paper carried out detailed comparison in terms of structure system, main materials, construction techniques, etc. incorporating environmental characteristics such as no interuption of under-passing traffic, low clearance for construction, long span structure, high intensity of earthquake, high requirements for landscape, etc., eventually adopted (52+85+52) m steel - concrete V-typed rigid frame bridge. Detailed description is presented in the paper including the structural design of floor plate, connection between girder and V-typed support, connection between V-typed support and abutment, erection of V-typed bracket, hoist and installation of steel box beams and floor plates etc.
