摘要
为了确保天津市塘沽区中心路下穿铁路编组场框架桥工程(11.5-11.5)m双孔框架桥顺利顶进,顶进段分3节,现浇段分2节,全桥总长120.781 m。针对该工程的施工重点及难点,提出了包括基坑周边施作止水帷幕,钻孔灌注桩围护基坑、坑内降水,软弱地层加固处理,采用中继间法顶进框架桥一整套施工技术方案,使软塑淤泥地层中继间顶进框架桥施工技术不断趋于完善。
In order to ensure the jacking of a two-span rigid frame bridge (11.5+11.5m) for the Center Road of Tanggu District in Tianjing city to under-pass the railway marshalling yard, the jacking section was divided into three sub-sections, with other two sections cast on site, the totall length of the bridge being 120. 781m. In view of the construction difficulties, a set of techniques were proposed, including: water-stop curtain around foundation pit, pit protected by bored in-situ cast piles, water-lowering inside pit, consolidation of soft plastic silt soils, intermediate relay jacking, etc. These perfected the jacking of rigid frame bridge to traverse soft silt.
