摘要
通过对视频监控系统的总体结构和监视技术的介绍,探讨在宜万线特殊地形地貌的情况下视频监视系统的设备选型及实现的功能,以及在危岩落石隧道口及复杂岩溶风险隧道内的视频监视系统施工安装方式及整个系统调试过程。通过远程视频监视系统的使用,可以有效提高我国山区铁路预防减灾的效果。防灾落物及溶洞视频监视系统,具有较强的综合性、复杂性和代表性,更好地解决社会上的铁路防护问题,有效达到减灾目的。
On the basis of introduction to the overall structure and monitoring techniques of video-monitoring system, the paper discusses the equipment selection and their functions under the special topography and geomorphology of Yichang-Wanzhou railway, the installation and adjustment of video-monitoring system at the tunnel portals with dangers of rock-falling and in the karst cavities. Application of remote video-monitoring system can enhance the ability of harzard reducing and harzard prevention for domestic mountainous railways. Video-monitoring system for falling objects and karst cavaties possesses comprehensve functions and can be served to reduce and prevent harzards of the society.
