After the revolution of 1911,there was a new period in China which was beneficial to development of industry and commerce,and Jincheng bank was an important financial power of the northern China.The relations between the north warlords and Jincheng Bank were discussed by analyzing the background of the Jincheng Bank and its closer relations with the North Warlords.It was found that the stock structure was related to the growth and decline among the fictions of north warlords.
