摘要
介绍了变燃速发射药的提出背景及变燃速发射药的优良性能,特别是其所特有的燃烧渐增性。对变燃速发射药的加工原理和加工方法进行了概述,并用数学方法表述了燃气的释放规律。分析了阻燃层厚度、长径比、内孔大小等主要因素对变燃速发射药的燃烧性能的影响以及胶黏剂和硝酸铵的加入对变燃速发射药性能的改变,并对变燃速发射药的发展进行了总结。
The paper introduced the proposed background and the excellent performance of launch ammunition of changeable combustion speed,especially its owning combustion incremental feature.In the paper it summarized the principle and method of launch ammunition of changeable combustion speed and formulated the release rule of combustion gas bu mathematics method,and analyzed the influences of main factors for combustion performance such as thickness of fire-retardant coatings,ratio of length to diameter,inner bore size etc,and the performance change of launch ammunition of changeable combustion speed when the adhesive and ammonium nitrate added in it.Finally it summarized the advance of launch ammunition of changeable combustion speed.
