Simulation of Refueling System for Artillery of Liquid Launch Ammunition

摘要 依据液体发射药火炮加注系统的性能要求,设计了采用三环控制结构的永磁直线同步电机位置伺服系统对定量液压缸活塞位置进行控制,实现可变装药量并精准加注。在AMESim及MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台下分别对液压系统和直线电机位置伺服系统建立仿真模型,对加注系统进行联合仿真,分析了仿真结果,为液体发射药火炮加注系统的应用设计及分析提供了有价值的参考。 According to the performance demand of refueling system for artillery of liquid launch ammunition,the paper designed the position servo-system of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor by three-loop control structure so as to control the position of quantitative fluid cylinder piston,and realized that it could be variable in loading ammunition,and accurate in refueling.Based on the simulation platform of AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,it constructed the simulation model for liquid pressure system and position servo-system of linear motor,and made the joint simulation for refueling system,and analyzed the simulation results.It provided a valuable reference for application design and analysis of refueling system in artillery of liquid launch ammunition.
