摘要
通过分析现行武器系统设计中存在的缺点,制定出性能与可靠性一体化设计的工作方案。对RLPG加注系统进行了定性分析,并运用蒙特卡洛法进行了仿真,给出了可靠性设计的控制要点。针对系统的薄弱环节,建立了性能指标和可靠性指标之间的定量关系,进行加注系统及其重要元件性能与可靠性一体化设计。
Based on the analysis of existent disadvantages in the weapon system design,the paper worked out the work scheme of integrated design of performance and reliability.In the paper,it made the qualitative analysis for refueling system of RLPG and the simulation by Monte Carlo method,and gave out the control outline?of reliability design.Aimed at the weaknesses of system,it established the quantitative relation between performance index and reliability index,and made the integrated design of refueling system and its important component performance as well as reliability.
