结构落水的抗冲击等效试验方法

摘要 为了节约成本,提高飞船、舰艇等大型结构的抗冲击试验效率,基于冲击力相等这一想法,提出了采用高密度等效冲击介质、低冲击速度的等效试验方法。通过结构落水的载荷特性,分析了影响冲击力的因素。在冲击结构一定的情况下,采用数值模拟方法得到了等效冲击速度,并采用量纲分析的方法得到了等效冲击速度的经验表达式,其中的待定参数利用数值模拟结果拟合得到。 In order to design equivalent experiment for water impact,base on the simple idea of modeling experiment by guarantee the same force loaded on the structure,a method of higher density of fluid and lower impact velocity is proposed in this paper.When the density of the impacted fluid is fixed,numerical simulation is used to find the equivalent impact velocity.Dimensional analysis is carried out to derive a dimensionless expression of the equivalent impact velocity.The unknown parameter of the dimensionless expression is obtained by data fitting of numerical simulation.
