摘要
建立了五仁醇浸膏中5种木质素(五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子脂甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素)的快速检测方法,并采用固相萃取高效液相色谱法对其进行了检测.结果显示:五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子脂甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素进样量分别在0.048 8-2.44、0.040 8-2.04、0.049 6-2.48、0.036 0-1.80和0.048 0-2.40μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(R^2≤0.999 8);平均加样回收率分别为101.24%、99.52%、103.72%、98.66%和98.08%,RSD≤1.62%.实验表明,固相萃取-高效液相色谱法具有简便、准确、稳定、灵敏度高、重现性好等优点,可用于五仁醇浸膏的质量控制.
A rapid and simple method based on solid phase extraction(SPE) combined with HPLC was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of five lignans(Schizandrin,Schizandrol B,Schizantherin A,Deoxyschizandrin and Schizandrin B) from Nuts Alcohol.The Schizandrin,Schizandrol B,Schizantherin A,Deoxyschizandrin and Schizandrin B were showed good linearity(R^2≤0.9998) within range of 0.0488-2.44,0.0408-2.04,0.0496-2.48,0.0360-1.80 and 0.0480-2.40μg,and the average recoveries were 101.24%,99.52%,103.72%,98.66% and 98.08% with low relative standard deviation(RSD≤1.62 %),respectively.The results shown that the SPE-HPLC is a convenient,sensitive,robustness,reproducible and accurate protocol,it can be routinely used in the quality control of Nuts Alcohol.
