摘要
利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对长白山地区常见的100种药用植物中芦丁、槲皮素、金丝桃苷、山柰酚、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、β-谷甾醇等常规成分的含量进行定性定量分析,并且对这些药用植物提取物的DPPH自由基清除活性和酪氨酸酶抑制活性进行了扫描.结果显示:芦丁、槲皮素、金丝桃苷、山柰酚、齐墩果酸、熊果酸、β-谷甾醇的最高含量分别达到了1.39%、0.34%、1.11%、0.13%、3.12%、12.06%和7.13%;对酪氨酸酶的抑制率在50%以上的有30种,对DPPH的抑制率在80%以上的有83种.实验表明,本分析方法简便、快捷、准确、可靠,可为长白山地区常见的药用植物的开发提供基础实验依据.
Using high performance liquid Chromatography(HPLC) to determine the content of rutin,quercetin,hyperoside,kaempferol,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,β-sitosterol of the 100 species which were commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine in Changbai mountain area.The DPPH radical scavenging activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity of extracts of these medicinal plants were scanned.The inhibition rate of 83 kinds medicinal plants against DPPH radical are more than 80%,and 30 kinds medicinal plants against tyrosinase is above 50%.Experiments show that the simple,fast,accurate and reliable method is established,and the basis experimental evidence is provided for the development of medicinal plants in Changbai mountain area.
