摘要
楼宇冷机站节能技术改造,利用了原有的硬件设备和BA软件控制系统,在此基础上,增加了Honeywell控制系统,该系统能根据当前运行负荷及变化趋势,结合设备的性能、能源的价格、用户的节能要求、设备的维护计划、系统的蓄冷情况进行优化,获得初始运行方案,再通过仿真系统,改进初始方案,从而获得最佳运行方案。该案例的技术改造项目投资成本少,见效快,节能效果显著。
building chiller station's energy-saving renovation uses original hardware and BA software system, on top of that, it adds Honeywell control system into it. This system optimizes based on current cooling load and future trends by combining with facilities' performance, energy's price, customers' energy-saving requirements, facilities' maintenance plan and system's cooling storage level. It inquires original operation plan, improves the former to produce best operation through simulation system. The case has low investment costs and significant energy-saving benefits.
