摘要
以安哥拉某港扩建项目为例,结合国外港口工程项目管理工作经验与体会,对合同签订前到合同签订以及合同签订后管理所需要注意的问题进行分析和总结,探讨如何把项目合同管理与国外港口工程实际结合,供工程管理人员参考。
Some questions are discussed and analyzed on the contract management of harbor project,including preparing,signing and performing of the contract,especially some important and ignorable points appeared in overseas harbor project,based on the practical observation in the extension project of some port,Angola,and other overseas harbor projects.The recommendation and conclusion may serve as a reference for the contract management of analogous projects.
