摘要
介绍大连船舶重工集团船务工程围堰设计情况。针对施工过程中遇到的实际问题,对设计进行了合理的修改,特别对南围堰施工中遇到的漏水问题,结合船坞主体工程的特点和现场实际情况,分析了漏水位置及确定漏点方法,依据补勘资料采用高压旋喷和帷幕灌浆相结合的处理方法,提出了详细的工程监测要求及抽水方案,使项目顺利完成,为类似工程提供了经验。
This article introduces the cofferdam design for DSIC.Reasonable modifications were made to the design according to the problems encountered during construction,especially for the water leakage during construction of the south cofferdam.Considering the characteristics of shipyard's main work and the site condition,this article analyzed the position of leakage and elaborated method for determining the leakage point.Based on the supplementary survey,we adopted a combination treatment of high-pressure jet grouting and curtain grouting.We also put forward detailed monitoring requirements and water pumping method,which ensured smooth accomplishment of the project.
