摘要
采用PCR-SSCP方法对五龙鹅进行促卵泡激素β亚基(FSHβ)基因多态性进行检测,并分析其与五龙鹅的产蛋性状的关系。试验结果表明FSHβ外显子3存在1个SNP位点产生3种基因型AA,AB,BB;AB型,BB型平均开产蛋重,平均蛋重都要高于AA型,但二者之间差异不显著(P>0.05),AA型的开产日龄要早于AB型,型,产蛋量呈现AA型>AB型>BB型趋势。
Polymorphism in Exon 3 of FSHβ gene of Wulong goose was analyzed by PCR-SSCP and analyzed the relationship with Wulong goose egg production traits.One SNP site was detected.It produced three kinds of genotypes（AA,AB,BB）;the average open egg weight and the average egg weight of AB goose and BB goose are higher than the average of the AA goose,but there was not significant difference in them（P0.05）,the open average age of AA goose is lower than AB goose and BB goose.Egg production showed the trend AA AB BB.
