基于3PL的我国建材物流发展对策研究

Countermeasures of Development of China's Building Materials Logistics Based on 3PL

3PL是现代物流的主要形式,它已成为各行业提高物资流通效率,降低流通成本的有效手段。在建材业中引入3PL,不仅有利于降低建材企业成本、优化资源配置、提高企业竞争力,同时对整个建材行业的管理规范、质量保障、可持续发展都将起到有效作用。文中对我国建材物流发展现状以及应用3PL给建材企业带来的优势进行了探讨,在此基础上又分析了建材企业应用3PL服务存在的困难,并提出了相应的对策。

Third Party Logistics is the main form of modern logistics,it has become the effective means of improving the efficiency of material flow,reducing distribution cost.In the building materials industry,the introduction of 3PL,it will not only help reduce the cost of building materials,optimize resources,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,at the same time it will play an effective role to management practices,quality assurance,sustainable development to the entire building materials industry.This article investigates the development status of China＇s building materials logistics and the advantages of the application of 3PL in building materials industry,on this basis,will analysis the difficulties of the application of 3PL in building materials industry,and propose the countermeasure.
