随着我国经济的快速发展及人民生活水平的逐渐提高,使得各类产品的生命周期却日益缩短,被淘汰和废弃的废旧家电越来越多。为了最大限度的实现废旧电器回收所带来的经济和环境效益,必须对废旧电器的回收处理过程进行科学严密的合理规划,在获得回收效益的同时,尽可能的减少环境污染,实现资源的循环利用。

with the improvement of the our living,more and more waste and scrapped household electrical appliances have emerged.And in order to make the utmost profit through recycling these appliances,this paper has put the focus on the reverse logistics and its network planning,in the meantime,with the network being built,the pollution is due to reduce and the resource can be circulated.
