摘要
文中首先综述了目前我国连锁超市中存在的供应商配送模式、自营配送模式、第三方物流配送模式与共同配送模式等几种物流配送模式;其次,分析了我国目前零售连锁超市物流配送中存在的问题;最后,在以上研究与分析基础上,提出我国不同类型零售连锁超市应结合企业实际与未来物流配送的发展趋势选择合理的配送模式。
The paper firstly summarizes some existing distribution modes in Retail chain supermarket such as supplier distribution mode,self-supporting distribution mode,the third party logistics distribution mode and joint distribution mode.Secondly,it analyzes the present problems existing in the logistics distribution of the retail chain supermarket.Finally,the author proposes that the different types of retail chain supermarket should choose the appropriate distribution modes according to the enterprise＇s own characteristic and future development trends of the logistics distribution based on what have been explored and analyzed previously.
