摘要
北京奥运场馆建设具有结构造型复杂、科技含量高、使用要求高、超大规模、超大投资额、资金来源复杂、涉及子项目种类繁多、各子项目之间关联密切、项目干系人众多、管理跨度大等特点。根据项目的特点及自身要求选择与其相适应的WBS管理手段,从规划设计到施工建设全过程中全面实践了"绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运"三大理念,推动了奥运工程建设水平的提高。
There are many characteristics in Beijing Olympic venue construction,such as complex structural modeling,high technology,high demand of use,large scale,tremendous investment,complicated sources of funding,close relationship between sub-projects,complex project stakeholders,high management span and so on.According to the characteristics and demands of project to selected the adaptable WBS management tools,fully embody the three concepts ＂the Green Olympics,the High-tech Olympics and the People＇s Olympics＂ from planning and design to entire process of construction,promoted the improvement of the Olympic venue construction.
