摘要
实践教学是本科物流管理专业教学过程中的重要环节,是培养创新型物流人才的有效途径。文中在研究物流人才市场需求的基础上,提出从课程教学改革、校内实践基地建设与应用、产学合作教育与研究等三个方面入手,构建物流管理专业实践教学体系,为物流业的发展培养创新型的经营管理人才。
Practical teaching is an important link of teaching process of undergraduates majored in logistics management,and an effective way to train innovative logistics personnel.On the basis of market demand of logistics personnel,this paper proposed the construction of the practical teaching system of logistics management,so as to train innovative management personnel for the development of logistics.It is from the perspective of teaching reform,construction and application of practical training base,education and research on university-industry cooperation.
