(亻革)家人4对眼部遗传性状的基因频率

A study on four genetic traits of eyes in Gejia population

目的:了解(亻革)家人眼部群体遗传学特征。方法:对412名(亻革)家人(男性217人,女性195人)睫毛、眼色、眼裂开度、眼裂方向4对遗传性状进行调查。结果:(亻革)家人睫毛、眼色、眼裂宽度和眼裂方向的显性基因频率分别为0.621 8、0.196 5、0.680 6、0.606 3。其中,男性分别为0.660 9、0.165 8、0.674 4、0.592 6,女性分别为0.582 9、0.232 1、0.687 8、0.620 5。结论:(亻革)家人睫毛、眼色、眼裂宽度和眼裂方向4对遗传性状的性别分布差异以及性状间的相关性均不明显。

Objective：To understand the features of some genetic characters of eyes in Gejia population.Method：A morphological survey on 412 random people（217 males,195 females） of Gejia population from 7-55 years old living in Guizhou were carried out in June 2010.Meanwhile,the frequencies of 4 genetic traits were calculated,and its＇ correlations were analyzed.Results：The frequencies of long eyelash,black eye color,and wide opening height of eye slits and level direction of eye slits were 0.6218,0.1965,0.6806,and 0.6063 respectively.Those of males were 0.6609,0.1658,0.6744,0.5926,and of females were 0.5829,0.2321,0.6878,and 0.6205 respectively.Conclusions：The frequencies of four genetic characters had no sexual difference,and no significant association was found among 4 genetic characters of Gejia population.
