摘要
目的:比较1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)与辅酶Q10治疗窒息后新生儿心肌损害的临床疗效。方法:将72例窒息后心肌损害新生儿按随机数表法分为两组,A组38例,采用FPD治疗,B组34例,采用辅酶Q10治疗,比较两组临床症状消失、心率变化、ECG及CK-MB恢复情况,同时比较两组患儿低钙血症发生率。结果:A组治疗有效率为86.4%,B组为85.3%,两组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但低钙血症发生率A组为68.4%,B组为29.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:FDP及辅酶Q10对窒息后新生儿心肌损害都有确切的治疗作用,但FDP易发生且加重低钙血症,故有低钙血症患儿建议改用辅酶Q10治疗,同样可收到良好疗效。
Objective:To compare clinical effects of Fructose-1,6-diphosphate(FDP) and coenzyme Q10 in treating myocardial damage following neonatal asphyxia.Methods:Using a random number table,a total of 72 cases of myocardial damage following neonatal asphyxia were assigned into two groups:group A(38 cases) were treated with FDP,and group B(34 cases) were treated with coenzyme Q10.The clinical outcomes between the two groups were compared including duration of clinical symptoms,changes of heart rates,ECG and CK-MB,as well as the incidence of hypocalcemia.Results:Therapeutic efficacy of group A and group B were 86.4% and 85.3% respectively,and this difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05),while the incidence of hypocalcemia in group A and group B were 68.4% and 29.4% respectively,which was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Both FDP and coenzyme Q10 are found effective in treating myocardial damage following neonatal asphyxia,but FDP is found to be a risk and an aggravating factor of hypocalcemia.Hence,both have curative effects on myocardial damage,and coenzyme Q10 is recommended for the neonatal patients with hypocalcemia.
